ECOM Expo'26: 6 Areas for Growth and Resilience in E-commerce at the Industry's Leading Exhibition

As customer acquisition costs continue to rise and supply chains become increasingly complex, the ECOM Expo Organizing Committee continues to curate hundreds of practical solutions that help businesses optimize costs and improve operational efficiency.

This year, BIT will participate in ECOM Expo'26, organized by Oborot.ru, taking place on June 24–25 at the Timiryazev Exhibition Center in Moscow. The organizers describe the event as an annual "technical inspection" for the e-commerce industry—a place where retailers and marketplace sellers can discover technologies that help them stay competitive and accelerate business growth.

The exhibition is divided into six key areas:

Marketing & Customer Acquisition

Solutions designed to generate high-quality traffic, improve customer retention, and maximize marketing efficiency in an increasingly competitive market.

Delivery & Logistics

Technologies covering the entire fulfillment chain—from last-mile optimization to international logistics and fulfillment services.

Payments & FinTech

Modern payment technologies and financial services that improve conversion rates and streamline payment processing.

Websites, IT & Backend Infrastructure

Solutions for building scalable IT infrastructure, automating business processes, and implementing seamless system integrations.

Assortment Management

Services supporting contract manufacturing, product sourcing, international trade, and supplier management.

Business Management & Enterprise Solutions

Platforms and services for marketplace management, strategic business growth, HR technologies, and legal support.

At the exhibition, BIT experts will share practical experience in implementing artificial intelligence within business processes. Visitors will learn where AI delivers measurable business value, where its use is unnecessary—or even counterproductive—and how to evaluate the return on AI investments using real-world implementation cases. The team will also debunk common misconceptions surrounding the so-called "magic" capabilities of generative AI.

Over the course of two days, attendees will have the opportunity to explore more than 300 technology solutions and build a comprehensive ecosystem tailored to their business needs. The complete list of exhibitors and the conference agenda are available on the official ECOM Expo website.
