Rostelecom is implementing an information and analytical system for preventing incidents related to non-payment for goods in the Stop Shoplifter store together with the developer - a Skolkovo resident - BIT Company. The provider provides cloud-based video surveillance platforms and the ability to use a video analytics software suite with a range of situational analytical algorithms.
"Stop Shoplifter" detects and responds to incidents in real time, realizes operational data exchange between retail outlets and the customer's head office. The notification system provides continuous monitoring, preventing conflict situations in stores, forming a unified security circuit of the Russian trade operator.
